do not accept any responsibility for any dispute arising from the condition or
description of any lots.
♦ Goods for our auctions are accepted in good faith.Description of any lot, as
given by the seller, auctioneer or organisers, is for guidance only. You must
satisfy yourself as to condition of lot.
♦ A 10% buyers premium is applicable on all items purchased.♦
(If you buy ab item for ten poounds, you will pay eleven pounds).
Please bear this in mind when bidding. PAYMENT IS ACCEPTABLE BY
CASH OR BY CHEQUE WITH A VALID CHEQUE GUARANTEE CARD ONLY.
♦ All goods must be paid for before removing them from the auction room. Lots
purchased will be checked at the door against your valid receipt card.
♦ Electrical goods offered for sale may not comply with statutory requirements
and are offered for sale as scrap only; these goods are not suitable for connection
to the mains electricity supply. We strongly recommend that anyone wishing to
use these goods for their original purpose have them checked by a qualified
electrician.
♦ All goods are the responsibility of the buyer at the drop of the hammer.
♦ ALL GOODS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING BY THE END OF THE AUCTION.♦
Any item not claimed will be disposed of at the discetion of the organisers.
♦ The seller of any lot warrants to the auctioneers, organisers and to the buyer
that the seller is the true owner of the property or is legally authorized to sell the
property by the true owner and is able to give, good and marketable title to the
property, free from any third party claims, and that the seller will indemnify the
auctioneer, the organisers and the buyer against any loss or damage suffered as a
result of any breach of this clause.
♦ Entry fee for each lot is 50p, plus 10% commision on the hammer price.♦
The seller authorises the organisers to deduct fees and any other expenses from
the hammer price.
♦ The organisers reserve the right without given reason to refute any
bid, to withdraw any lot and, in the case of any dispute to put any lot up for
auction again. The organisers reserve the right at their discetion to refuse
attendance at its auction by any persons, without giving any reason.
